Our kid’s group ski lessons based in the Three Valleys feature a maximum of 8 children in a group, and we guarantee that the lessons will run with a minimum of 4 children in a group.

At SnowLimits Ski School, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our children’s ski lessons.  We firmly believe that the best way for children to develop their skiing and a love of the mountains is by having FUN!

In our ski lessons children might find themselves on an adventure to find the best bumps and jumps, enjoying the Family Fun Park, or even skiing slightly off the beaten track into ‘Big Bear Forest.’

With this approach in mind, skiing with SnowLimits Ski School means that your children develop into well-balanced, confident all-round skiers.  At the end of every week, your children will receive a Snow Life badge and a certificate.

All SnowLimits ski instructors are fully ISTD qualified, first-aid trained and CRB checked. Our instructors are also allowed priority in all lift queues.

For our White Wizards and Green Goblin’s children’s groups, we will also provide an adult trainee instructor as an assistant instructor, when the group is at a maximum of 8 during peak weeks.

Mountain Explorers

(6 – 11 YEAR OLDS)

At SnowLimits Ski School, we are proud of our high quality  children’s group ski lessons.

White Wizards

Green Goblins

  • Skied before, able to ski a green run controlling their speed while turning using a snowplough.

Blue Bombers

  • Can ski blue runs using a basic parallel turn, but when skiing on anything steeper resorts back to a snowplough at times.

Red Rippers

  • Able to ski difficult blue and easier red runs using parallel turns confidently, controlling speed and direction.

Black Bandits

  • Confident on difficult reds and blacks, maintaining good parallel turns on steep pistes but looking forward to being challenged on more difficult terrain, i.e. bumps, off piste.

Mountain Monkeys

(4 & 5 YEAR OLDS)

At SnowLimits, our younger children’s lessons run with a maximum of 4 pupils in a group, and we guarantee lessons will run with a minimum of 3 pupils in a group!

These lessons with Snowlimits will get your young children finding their feet and learning great balance at an early age. If you require lessons for children three years and under, these will need to be booked as a private lesson.

Mountain Maestros

(11 – 17 YEAR OLDS – ADVANCED – AFTERNOONS ONLY)

If your children feel they are a little too advanced for ski school and prefer to rip around the mountain enjoying the more challenging pistes, then this is the group for them! Whilst you might be enjoying a late lunch, our teenage lessons allow older children to make the most of the mountain terrain and  – if the level allows – take on some bumps, steeps or even off-pistes.

This group is for children aged 11- 14 years and 15- 17 years.   To participate in this group, you must be able to ski red and black runs confidently, no beginners.
